In achieving and realizing the expressed mission and philosophy of this Institution, the following objectives provide direction.

a.) To give to the Filipino youth such training and instruction which may make them well prepared to honorably exercise the rights and to perform and discharge the duties and obligations of a good, patriotic and useful citizen;

b.) To teach those who are less in life, to stand in their own feet, educate them, teach them a craft or trade, increase their usefulness to society so that after learning they can also help themselves and then teach others who are less fortunate.

It should never be the purpose of this Institution to give assistance to people who are perhaps clever but of poor morals, people who will use their knowledge and skill to cheat and defraud others or to propagate the doctrine of ISMS that defeat the very foundation of civic society.

c.) To provide instruction in all branches of learning to which the school is actually dedicated.

d.) To reserve and/or give grants, gifts, legacies, donations, contributions, endowments and financial aids or loans from any sources whatsoever, and to make use of them in operating enterprises activities and business as may he necessary to carry out the objectives of this Institution.

e.) To provide the students with moral and intellectual training in Christian atmosphere so he may become an efficient and integrated person.

f.) To develop student to become more responsive and accessible instrument for the advancement of equality and the promotion of social justice.
